HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?
All lei po'o are made to order in an effort to maximize freshness. That said, the materials are perishable and heat-sensitive. Factors such as the length of time, time of day, and how soon after receiving it you actually wear it, will affect the longevity of your lei po'o. Please make a comment if you intend to wait to wear your lei po'o, so that we can make recommendations for more durable flower types.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR PICK-UP OR DELIVERY?
All pick-ups and deliveries will be arranged at the time of confirmation. Aside from our flower projects, the House of Haku 'ohana participate in many other endeavors. But please rest assured, we are committed to getting your order to you as seamlessly as possible.
DO YOU SHIP?
Yes we do! We have successfully shipped to the U.S. mainland, as far east as Colorado. Please inquire for a shipping quote.
Another thing to note is not all materials are shippable due to Hawaii agriculture laws. Upon confirmation, we will discuss your floral options with you.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Upon receiving your lei po'o, the best place to store it until you are ready to wear it is inside of your fridge, preferably in the produce drawer.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to modify your order. All modifications are at the sole discretion of House of Haku and may be subject to an additional charge.
RETURN POLICY
House of Haku does not accept returns or exchanges after your order is received. Exchanges before your order is received will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
